Do I need to make an reservation?
No you do not need a reservation to get your
haircut at Big League. However, when you have a
reservation you are assured that no matter how busy the
shop may be you will be the next person to be seated for
a haircut.
If I make a
reservation am I making it for a time slot only, or can I
request a specific stylist?
Yes you can make a reservation for a particular
stylist or choose to take the first available stylist for
your reservation time slot.
Is there a cancellation fee if
I don’t show up for my appointment?
No we do not charge you a cancellation fee for
not being able to make your appointment. However we do
ask that if you know that you are not going to be able to
make your reservation time that you would please call and
cancel asap.
I don’t like the shoulder rub can I get a discount
instead?
If you are uncomfortable with the shoulder rub
we do apologize, however there is no discount given for
not receiving a portion of our Big League Haircut
service.

I just want a haircut, I do not want to
have the shampoo and shoulder rub is there a discount for
me?
No there is no discount on our Big League
haircut service. Our haircut service is a complete
grooming service for men. From the welcome to Big League,
the consultation, haircut, shampoo, conditioner, shoulder
rub, hairstyling, lint roll down, apparel adjustment,
getting the the right daily use product for you, and a
pleasant send off till your next visit.
If someone saunters in for a neck trim
when I have been waiting for my haircut will they be rushed
ahead to the front of the line?
Yes, when a gentleman comes in for his free neck
trim to keep his cut looking sharp, he is at the top of
the list for his service. It is a quick clean up of the
neck area. the service is not a full service menu item,
it is not a complete cut with all of the menu items of
our Big League Haircut.

What is the average wait time
for walk-ins?
Our average wait time, for a non-request of a
particular stylist is 5-7 minutes. However there
are many times you can walk right in and sit right down,
as well as due to high traffic volume at any particular
time you wait may be extended to 18-20 minutes, however
this is not the norm.
If I get home and I don’t like my haircut,
what are my options?
We would like to say that every cut is perfect
and exactly what you wanted but that is not the case. We
do however offer several options for you to a haircut
correction. Please call the shop and talk to the manager
immediately. The manager will quickly address your
haircut issue. Firstly you need to know that there is no
charge for a recut, whether it the haircut was not short
enough or the style is not what you
wanted.
If you are totally unsatisfied and our staff is
unable to facilitate your needs and wants to the fullest
of your satisfaction your will be refunded 100% of your
service fee.

Why aren’t you open on Sundays?
For a period of time, Big League in Orlando was
open on Sundays. Being the only Big League Shops in the
country to have different hours than the rest of company
shops, Orlando was a test market for the necessity of
being open on Sundays. It was determined that by and
large "not a good idea". WE APOLOGIZE for any
inconvenience that being closed on Sunday may cause for
you as a customer, however we offer many alternatives, to
meet your needs.
We are open 53 hours per week, and make available to you the
ability to make a reservation to meet your timetable needs.
Does Big League have a service for
highlights/low-lights for men?
No we do not offer coloring services beyond the
semi-permanent camo-color service. Which is a blending of
your natural to the gray/silver that you may
have.
